William? and Mary? Green, moved from Castlemaine or nearby Newstead to Yalungah near Trafalgar in the early 1900's. Some children were Flo(rence), Lou(isa),Emma, & William. Flo(rence) married Webber and lived in Contingent St., Trafalgar, had a daughter, Thelma,(stll living,ill & very elderly) married Edebohls. Lou(isa?) married Gibson lived in Gould. Gould was flooded for the making of Moondarra Dam and she possibly moved to Trafalgar.Emma Elizabeth, my husbands grand-mother, married John Robert Athwell Banks, in Traralgon in 1912.Her children were Evelyn-married Vic Paynter, Lorna-married Mitchell,John Robert Birdwood Banks, my husband's father, married Beryl Dawe, Lesley(living,very elderly) married Bill Langdon, Trafalgar. William married Alice Allen,one son being Jack Allen Green, died Mirboo Nth. 1993. He was a livestock agent. There were 6 other children.
