Advice that works! Send request to Library of Congress with Names/Birthdates/Birthplaces of oldest Male ancestors! I did it & within about 45 minutes rec'd. reply of about 15 libraries in the USA that had info I was looking for! Have heard that folks have spent many years researching to only get much less than I did in 45 minutes! Library of Congress info included both re copyrighted BOOKS & Genealogy CDs.
