Do you have any further information on Ann, her parents names?? details of where she was born etc. I know you said Bendall but do you have a reference for the birth any details.?

I had a look on ancestry and there are at least three Ann Caddick's that I found around the same age in the 1841 Census all born Staffordshire.

There are quite a few Ann Caddick marriages in Staffordshire between 1850 & 1860, 5 in Dudley & 4 in Wolverhampton and there is one listed in June 1850 in Dudley before the one you mentioned above.

Can you track backward to Ann Caddick through Matthews family or is there another family connection.

Any further information on Ann would be helpful in the search.
