Mrs.Flossie Hammond of Pricedale died in Magee Hospital,Pittsburgh,Wednesday,Dec.24,1969,at 2:45 a.m.after a short illness. Mrs.Hammond was a Monessen and Pricedale resident for 50 years. She belonged to Fellowship Baptist Church,Monessen. Surviving are a son,Floyd B.Lennon,Sgt.1st Class with the U.S.Army at Saigon,Vietnam.but now home on leave;six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.Dec.25 at Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home,Monessen. Service there Friday,Dec.26,at 11 a.m.with the Rev.D.D.Chapman,pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church,Monessen,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C.Draper is funeral director.

FLOYD LENNON
SANFORD - Floyd B. Lennon, 85, of 814 Primrose Lane, died Wednesday (3/25/03) at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville.
A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Cunningham and Sons Mortuary in Fayetteville by the Rev. Thomas E. Smith Sr. Burial will be in the Sandhills State Veterans cemetery in Spring Lake.
He is survived by his wife, Julia P. Lennon of Sanford, and a daughter, Patricia Lennon.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 8 p.m. today at Watson Mortuary and at other times at 814 Primrose Lane.
