Hi, I'm from Brisbane Australia. I am looking for further burial details of Daniel McAllister of Dublin on 29 January 1862. I have found reference to a Daniel McAllister buried in Mt Jerome Cemetery, but cannot confirm he is my ancestor as I need more details like his wife's name. If it is my ancestor his wife was Julia McAllister (nee Crow). Registration commenced in 1864, two years later so I am not able to find out any more from Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages in Dublin. Can anyone advise me if there is another way of checking this burial entry, would there be death records held by the local council in Dublin for 1862 that may be of help. I found this burial info from the microfilmed records for Mt Jerome Cemetery. I only had time to search up to about 1863, but would liked to have checked further. Any suggestions of where to look would be very much welcomed. Thanking you. Maria
