My name is Todd Gandy. I know my Grandfathers name was Cecil Levown Gandy.I think he was born in Arizona around 1915 give or take a couple years. He married my grandma Nellie Mae Shore and later moved to the North West, Vancouver Wa. He died in 1993. I think his dad, my great Grandfathers name was James John Gandy, but I'm not positive. At 45 I am the oldest generation left in this Gandy branch. At the time of Cecil's death he had a brother and sister still living, possibly more. Joe Gandy of Waldport Or. and a younger sister living in California, name not known to me. I also remember meeting an older brother of Cecil's when I was young. His Name was Perry Gandy and I believe he was from Oklahoma. Possibly Texas.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. As I've grown older I desire to know where my family came from and our history, though unfortunately I am 20 yrs too late as my father was of little help, only knowing his grandfather died before he was born. Any information or direction on how to get this knowledge would be an answer to prayer. So I thank you for the help.
