Remana Newton (NUTANA) is buried in the cemetery right beside Poihakena Marae in Raglan. Most of the Newton offspring live here also and other places. I, am from Raglan, home of my ancestors, of my parents.

Thank you for commenting. My husband is a Newton, grandson of Wiremu Kingi Newton, born and raised in Raglan, buried in the cemetery beside Poihakena Marae. We are trying to trace his family line and haven't been able to discover any more about his father, William T Newton. There does not seem to be much known about him.

I mean Remana's father, William.
Wiremu Kingi was the son of Keiha, who was the son of Remana.
