I have hit a brick wall. I know William Dodds was born 1853. I know he died in Adelaide at Happy Valley 1893, his wife was Isabella Middleton and they had 5 children, only the two male children made it to adulthood. John William Dodds ( my great grandfather) and Richard Middleton Dodds.
I have a notice in the newspaper for his death in 1893 and it lists a John as his brother.
I have not found anything else relating to him. I have found another William Dodds born in 1853 ( September 2nd in Tasmania to convicts Samuel Dodds and Sarah Gleeson) but there is no way I can connect these dots.
If anyone out there is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
