I haven't had much luck finding information on a Marie Theresa Debing (Perras), born 1883 in Canada, parents: Sylvester Perras and Margaret Freeman. I believe he was born around 1858 in Michigan and that his parents were French Canadian. I think Margaret was born in Michigan as well.
Help finding more information about them and their parents would be appreciated!
