General Post Office, Adelaide, 28th March, 1849.
ON and after the 2nd day of April next, the latest hour for closing foreign mails will be half*past three o'clock p.m., instead of three as at present.
Newspapers must, as heretofore, he posted one hour before the hour notified for the closing of the the mail for which they are intended, otherwise they cannot be forwarded until the following mail. In all cases the time will be taken from the Post Office clock.
