I am a Gaybba descendant. My last name is St-Arnaud throughout marriage. My grandmother on my father's side was a Gaybba. My great grandmother was from Scotland and I think her husband was from South Africa. I'm researching as much information that I can get to pass down to my two daughters. I have a lot of info already that my dad's cousin sent me and through looking on the Internet, I can across this website that has expanded my research. I even came across a post that my dad's cousin wrote 10 years ago. I don't have a lot of free time ever since the COVID-19 outbreak to go and search the libraries, but as soon as it opens, I will be there doing my best. If you ever have information on the Gaybba line, I hope you will share it with me. And as soon as I have more information (different that was is already posted on the FTC website), I will share everything I have so that we can get more family members to my family tree!
