Does anyone no anything about Joseph. It gets quite confusing at times as Joseph's father was also Joseph Conder and his son was also Joseph Conder. I know that Joseph and Catherine lived on the corner of Williams street, Cambridge, New Zealand. Joseph is was my great grandfather. His son, Kenneth William Conder was my grandfather. My grandfather was born in Cambridge. Does anyone have any photos or information on this family

Death of Joseph Condor - Senior
The death has taken place at Carterton of Mr Joseph Conder, who arrived in New Zealand about 50 years ago. Deceased was one of the oldest foresters in New Zealand.

Hope this helps? It seems that the spelling of the surname varies between Condor and Conder - especially in Papers Past.
frostypants on 2022-01-14 17:57:04thanks heaps for your help. I will follow that up and go and look in archway for those wills. Yes the name is commonly misspelled which make it hard to research sometimes as their is also a family with the name condor that are no relation to us. In this case though that is certainly the right people.
