I am trying to find out more about my GGG Grandmother Millie Higgins Spencer. I know she got married in Jennings County Indiana to my GGG Grandfather Robert Spencer. Her parents were Walter and Catharine Higgins. I am trying to find out more about them and where they came from and who their parents are. I want to find out more about him as well.
