The Rowley families from Hukerunui were related to Smith, Drake, Rouse, Langman and many others. Edward Joseph Rowley's father was Neimeyer: Edward was my grandfather and Neimeyer was my great greandfather. Neimeyer married Elsie Tyler-Whiteman: my great grandmother (she lived in Mozley Ave, Devonport) after she sold the farm to her son Edward.
