I am looking for any decsendants of John Henry Leer who married a Mary Anne Box, in 1826, Their known children are as follows:- Sarah Mary Ann b. 1827,John b.1829,Charlotte b. 1831,William b. 1834,James Joseph b. 1838 my gg grandfather,Fanny b. 1842, George b. 1845, I have some information on George and of cause James would like to hear from anyone related through the other children.

Hello,
I would love to make contact and share info on the Leers. I am a direct descendant of John Henry Leer and Mary Ann Box. My gt gt grandfather was John Henry Leer junior who married Eliza Jane Full. I have posted a journal with their info. I have been told that your/our John Henry Leer's parents were William Leer and Charlotte Sutton who married in 1804 Rotherhithe London. Do you have any knowledge or verification of them.
I also live in Australia

Hi,
I think we could be related. My Great grandparents were James Joseph Leer and Alice Maud Scaysbrook they had 11 children 10 boys and 1 girl. The girl was the youngest she was my grandmother her name was Alice Edith born at 5 Farr Street Kogarah Sydney Australia 13 july 1891 or 1892.
Iwould dearly love any information on Alice Maud Scaysbrook and James Joseph Leer.
I also live in Australia.

My grandmother was Fanny Ellen Leer who married Charles Brenneke.Carole Douch has researched some of her history as her father was my grandmothers brother. I am interested in anyone who has connections with the current Leer families
