I don't exactly know, how ever it must have been around the 1893 time frame, as William Walter was born 1895, so im guessing a little here going back maybe a year eslier assuming a marriage

The above could be connected to my Fowler family as there was a large extended Fowler family staying maybe in the same house or very close, 44 Culloden street, 9 Selsey street and the Boiling Family were at 6 Selsey street poplar,London

Greetings to you all trying to help me, for a new commer, its certainly exhausting with ups and downs, I am feeling a bit dejected at the moment, as nothing seems to be working towards a positive out come of finding 1Fowler family connection member in 2015 who could open all this up for us in New Zealand. I received the Marriage cert from the General rego office UK today for dads fathers sister as I understand it.
Daisy Margaret Kemish married Charles William Kemish in June 1924 she was 30m he was 50, and they lived at the time in 29 Oakfield Lane, Dartford. But a dead end from there.
It Maybe an option to try down my dads fathers Father mothers line of the Boillings, from Selsey street Lime house as the Fowler family were on the same street I understand at the turn of 1900 they lived. with Emma Boillings siblings being William Fredrick Boiling,Caroline,Emmas,Walter,Aurther,Ethel. as not having much luck trying to find a Fowler connection
