Looking for any information on the Nelson family from Crumlin Dublin

My mother Kathleen Nelson was born in Dublin and lived in Crumlin she had 3 sisters Bernie, Teresa and Ann and 4 brothers Tommy, Sean, Billy and Seamus, her fathers name was James Nelson and her mothers name was Christina
maiden name Kelly Christina died 24th June 1961 and James died 24th November 1968 I am looking for any information on my Great Grandparents?

I am from Walkinstown, Dublin (which is a suburb bordering Crumlin). A little more info from you and I should be able to help:
When was your mother or her siblings born (even approx dates)?
When and where was James Nelson and/or Christina Kelly born and married? Do you know the names of THEIR parents?
Luckily, there are now quite a few free records available online, so get back to me with the above info and I'll start looking.

Belgard on 2012-02-13 16:26:20Thanks that would be great, my mother was born 30.09.1928, I think my grandfather was born in Gardiner Lane in 1889.His father was Sean or Jack Nelson born 1867 I think my great Gran was Alice O Hogan born 1866

Belgard on 2016-01-03 10:30:37No sorry I don't have a date or a month yet just the year he was born which is 1889 he died on 24th November 1968, do you think you may be related??? his fathers name was Sean or John Nelson and his mother was Alice (O') Hogan ,Sean was born in 1867 and Alice was born in 1865.

Belgard on 2016-01-27 06:02:31I am glad that you have found what you are looking for, but could you also do me a favour and ask your Grandad Tommy if he has any information on his family history or if he knows anything about his grandmother Christina Kelly I think she came from Wicklow but I am not sure and its very hard to find anything about her does he know if she had sisters and brothers??etc.
anything at all might help to piece it all together.
