markas is back.i am researching the august family whom lived in the carterton district of the wairapa from 1905 too 1922 before then shifting too otane Hawkes Bay.Too dellsa,the stokes valley Augusts were the children of George ball August and his wife alice nee gigger.George was the next older brother and best friend of my great grandfather james Hornby August.I think there may of been descendents of anther brother of james called William Henry August who lived in the Wairapa also.

Thomas Clark august was my great grandfathers JAMES HORNBY(JIM)august/s younger brother. HIS son Claude James, his son Dennis Winston his son me.Tom youngest Jim second youngest of the 8 children of GEORGE and LUCY AUGUST whom arrived in NZ from MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA EARLY 1855.
