I'm looking for documentaton that John Bennett and Rebecca Denee Ross of VA were the parents of my ggg-grandfather Edward Bennett. Edward is thought to have been born in Elk Valley, Campbell Co. TN in 1795. Also, looking for documentation of Edward's siblings

Hi, my name is Nancy. I live in Tenn. My grandfather was a Bennett. Mine go back to 1608 Virginia. Would like to pass on my cousins DNA we just had done at ancestry. My Bennetts were in Dekalb [Smith] Co. for about 100 years then went to Southern Illinois. E mail me. Nancy

Hi Nancy. What part of TN do you live. I too live in TN. I thought only males could do DNA. I have a tree on Ancestry- called Maston~1. Its public if you would like to look and see if we have any Bennetts in common. Thank you for responding. Let me see if I can find your email address on this site.
