my grandfather came to america from brazil and before he was in brazil he was in giessen germany, he was in the german army there and left for brazil, he married my grandmother otillia huff and they had three children in brazil, later on they had more children the sum of about seven children, one daughter was elizabeth sothan kumm who lived in nebraska her whole life, one son bill of wyoming another alfred, louie, reinhold, george all born in nebraska, and one younger daughter lois fairchild also born in nebraska. bill was married to veva and george was married to gwinn and ruth,alfred married minnie, reinhold married myrtle, and louie married?

kaylouise50 on 2007-06-14 14:54:40oTILLIA CAME TO THE UNITED STATES ABT 1899, WITH HER HUSBAND LUDWIG BROEMER(BROMER) LUDWIG WAS ORIGINALLY FROM GIESSEN, GERMANY, HE HAD A SISTER, NAMED ELIZABETH WHO ALSO CAME TO AMERICA, THEY FARMED AND I FOUND ONLINE THAT THEY FARMED FOR PEOPLE BY THE NAME OF HANSSENS, IN WASAU NEBRASKA,THERE WAS A DIVORCE, LUDWIG LEFT WENT TO N.Y PERHAPS HAVING RELATIVES THERE, THEN RETURNED BACK TO NEBRASKA, FOR THE CHILDRENS SAKE, ALTHOUGH THEY NEVER REMARRIED, THEY STAYED TOGETHER, NOT SPEAKING TO ONE ANOTHER, THE REMAINDER OF HIS LIFE WHEN HE PASSED AWAY IN 1952, I ATTENDED THE FUNERAL, IN NEBRASKA. THEY ALSO MOVED TO ST JOSEPH, MO FOR A SHORT TIME AND FARMED THERE. THEIR DAUGHTER MOVED TO CALIFORNIA, THEIR SON RETURNED FROM GREENLAND, BIKINI ISLANDS, AND AFTER A TIME IN THE ARMY, HE SERVED IN THE PEACE CORPS, RETURNED HOME BOUGHT A HOME AND ALFRED CHRISTIAN LIVED WITH HIS MOTHER THE REST OF HER LIFE. TIL 1970 WHEN SHE PASSED AWAY AT THE AGE OF 82. THE PEOPLE LEFT BEHIND ARE THE ONES I AM INTERESTED IN KNOWING ABOUT, WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS FAMILY AND HER FAMILIES?
