Our family has been looking for the wife of Richard Levans (Levins, Leavans) for many years. We found her to be Elizabeth on an 1860 Census in Walton, Florida with my great-grandmother, Nancy. Finally found a record of her oldest sons death record which lists her as Elizabeth Cato. In the 1860 census, it says she was born in Georgia. It would be about 1829. I find many Cato's in North Carolina about this time. I would like to know who her father and mother are.
