Looking for Colbourne Family of Cumberland County, Nova scotia, Canada

I'm searching my Father's family line. I don't have much, but here it is. My Father, Wilfred Colbourne, b. October 23, 1935, Nova Scotia, Canada. ( son of P. Colbourne and Caroline Rushton, (last name is maiden or from a privous marriage) Colbourne. His known siblings are a sister Helen and brother Ira. Dad is the youngest. Both parents were married before, and I think they both brought children into the marriage. Wilfred Married Marilyn Helen Porter, b. June 05, 1939 ( daughter of Sterling Cecil Porter and Berth Olga Sterling) on June 10, 1955 in Springhill, Nova scotia. His second Marriage was to Beverly Langdon April 11, 1981, Mississauga, Ontario.
I heard from Scott C. Miller via e-mail today, this is the information he gave to me, Thank you Scott.
I have heard of a Carrie Rushton who married a Colborne and her real name was Caroline Rushton and she was the daughter of George Allen Rushton and Mary Weatherby. Carrie had a brother named Ira, so this maybe be your line in the Rushton family.

Caroline Rushton married Peveril Colbourne (year??)
You are right, they both had children they brought to the marriage, I know for sure that Wilfred (your dad) and Helen (married name, Johnson) are full siblings that Caroline and Peveril had together. I also am told that the others included:
Ira Colbourne (D)
Hilda (DeCoste)(D)
George Rushton (D)(Hilda and George we believe were full siblings)
Irene Lutes or Lutz (D)
Freda Miller (Halifax)
Lila Roberta Demings "Bert" (D)- She has a son "Gray"
Another possible sister
Agatha Maddison (Aggie) lived in Cape Breton - my mother remembers her visiting occasionally, feels she may have been the oldest.
There is another half sister that I am not at liberty to publicly write as she never acknowledged whether she knew that she was a daughter to Caroline Colbourne. She was raised by others.
Some of these spellings may not be 100% accurate, but hopefully this will help you in some way, if you haven't already had this information. Good luck!

My Dad, Wilfred Emerson Densmore Colburne passed away April 06, 2012 in Orillia, Ontario after a lengthy battle with throat cancer. Dad was born in Wyvern, Nova Scotia on October 23, 1935. My brother Terry Wayne, Born in Springhill on March 22, 1962 predeceased Dad on December 20, 2011 from liver failier. I have never met any of my Dad's family, and have only saw 3 photographs.
