I'm looking for some information On the Cranford families of Pushmataha and Leflore counties in Southern Oklahoma. I've been trying to find out if we are Choctaw Indian. My g-grandfather's name was Burtis R. Cranford. He came to Oklahoma from Walker Co. Alabama with his wife Elizabeth and his sons in the late 1880's. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
