Looking for Daniel WARD (Danny Ward), Australia

Query by justwal

Trying to find Daniel Ward (born 196?). My partner, is trying to find her long lost father. Talking to her mum, this is what we know:

Mum was about 16 and Daniel would have been 18 or 19. Their affection resulted in their daughter being born September 198?. He perhaps worked at Woolworths in Auburn, NSW. He may have had 5 or 6 sisters. He was possibly born in January 196?.

Any help would be appreciated. Daughter is 29 and wants the opportunity to meet her long lost father.

We have just started the process of looking. Any advice would be most helpful.

thanking you

They were both young. I believe he came back to get her when she was about three, but things were not good with her mum having a new partner. With much sadness he left to not interfere with her life because he loved here. I believe this was the hardest thing he had to do and has lived with this regret. Almost ten years ago he tried to find her, but with little information, he was sadly unsuccessful.
There is much to do towards a reunion, slow and steady. I think it will mend a hole in both of their hearts. When he is ready, they will make first contact in almost twenty six years. Thanks for your interest.
