I think :

Pennethan De Bow 1 [1 6/12] Birthplace: Illinois & Bernetta De Bour 12 are the same person but for some reason the christen names have changes. That she is the daughter of Ross T De Bow & Sophia De Bow.

According to the 1910 census Ross T De Bow and Sophia ????? hand been married for 3 years
c 1907 but I could not find the marriage to get her maiden name.

I am not related in any way to this family, good luck with your research.
