Petter was married to Trine Marie Cecilie Andersen, born 31 Dec 1829 in Halden, Ostfold, Norway - died 5 Apr 1886 in Halden, Ostfold, Norway

Per Petersen (1865 - 1939) came to USA around 1881 on a boat in Philadelphia and supposedly might have married Elizabeth! They supposedly had a daughter, Cecilie and according to a letter he sent to his father, they had another child coming. His letter to his father has the following info on it:

His name might have been written as Per Petersen, Per Pedersen, Peter Petersen or any other variant of it. He is my grandfather's uncle and I would love to find out what happened to him and his family
