Looking for DICKINSON of any state or country
My husband was Martin Phillip Dickinson born 1-17-1933 in Centralia IL. His father was Ernest T. Dickinson born july 3 1903 in Beaumont TX. Martin had 2 brothers named Ernest and James. I have a family tree registry in the Dickinson name at Family Tree.com. We have been traced back to Dickinson's in England.
I have all the Dickinson ancestors on paper but they are unatainable at this time. Wanted to know if anyone had searched for this family at anytime in the past. Please contact me at dickinson075@yahoo.com.

My Dickinson line has led me from Indiana to Ohio.
I am now brick walled at my great great grandparents in Pleasant Ridge, OH. That would be
Isaiah and Eliza Ferguson Dickinson. I have found
brothers of Isaiah but can find no link to their parents.

My father was Alfred Dickinson, born in 1913 in Nottingham, England. His father was Daniel Dickinson, born in Sneinton, Nottingham in 1880. His father was William Dickinson, a framework knitter, born in Arnold, Nottingham in about 1858. He married Charlotte Elliott in 1878. She was born in Radford about 1859. They had at least one other child, William, born about 1879. So far I have been unable to trace William and Charlotte's parents. Any help would be much appreciated.
I am looking for the family of Alfred J Dickinson B 1860 or so and don't know where. He died July 1899 in Joliet Illinois in a train accident. He was married to Mary Hanrahan in 1888 in Chicago. I found one reference that he came to Chicago from Canada, but I don't know if he was born there. I am looking back from Alfred. Any information would be helpful.
