My grandfather and grandmother, Maximiana Morales from Chihuahua,Mexico lived in Juarez, Mexico for a time then crossed the border in El Paso,Texas, where my mother Amelia Peregrino was born in 1915. She had 3 older sisters who were born in Mexico. Librada, Angela and Guadalupe Peregrino. In 1920 they moved to East Los Angeles, Ca where they lived till about 1925 and my grandfather left the family there and we believe he went back to Mexico, not really sure if he did or not. They never heard from him again.
