Looking for Florentino Sidayen of Hawaii, USA

My great grandfather, FLORENTINO SABANGAN-SIDAYEN was a U.S. Citizen who served as a worker/foreman at a Pineapple Plantation in Hawaii in the 1940's-1950's. His only daughter, Rosita Sidayen Avila is my mother's mother. Nieves Sidayen-Avila-Alcantara is my mother and already passed away in 1995.
I want to know any information about the services done by my great grandfather while working here in the U.S.
He went home to the Philippines as a Social security pensioneer and because of this privilege and support, I was able to pursue my college education.
Any information will be greatly appreciated!
