I am looking for any and all info about Amon Bell, born about 1800-1805, died about 1863. He move to Jefferson County Alabama. He married Rachel Huey and had several children, including Shadrick (or Shadrock) Bell.

Shadrock enlisted in 18th Alabama infantry, Company G, July 1861. Died near Moblie Alabama, December 1861, age,19-20.

Any info about Amon Bell, his birthdate, his parents, and what part of the state he was from, would be a big help.

Also, if he still has any decendants living in South Carolina.
