I am looking for Info on Hammond family from athens and geurnesy county ohio. These are the first and middle names of my grandfathers john leonard,john emery, john, and seneca. Seneca was born in connecticut abt. 1814. Iam having trouble finding the name of Seneca's father ,I think it might be benjamin but not able to conferm this yet. The family moved from connecticut to ohio somtime in the early 1800's. I could not find anything on them in connecticut,but I have found information in guernesy and athens county ohio.
