I am from New Zealand, but looking for a branch of our family who emigrated from Scotland to the USA in the 1920s, initially to Minnesota, then to New York State, specifically around Rochester NY. My great-grandparents Laurence Duncan and Elizabeth Jamieson, originally from Shetland, moved to Aberdeen, Scotland in 1912, and then in 1922 emigrated to New Zealand with all bar one of their children, Elizabeth, who had married a Scotsman by the name of Alexander Holmes.

Elizabeth and Alexander had two children in Scotland after WW1, and then a third - Alexanderia Anderina Holmes - was born in Minnesota in 1923, after which I have traced them to the Rochester area. I would like to contact their descendants and build a complete list of descendants of my great-grandparents, as in 2022 will be the 100th anniversary of their move to New Zealand, and we would like to have a complete family tree for a family reunion then.
