I can tell you, Maine, 15th Maine, Company C, married Margaret Mullen, was born in New Brunswick, CA, son of John Graves and a woman named Beckett. Father was either born at-sea or in Scotland. I know one of his children was named Stephen Graves as that was my great-grandfather.

Was charged with disertion, later overturned by an Act of Congress.
