Looking for info on Ruth Ellen Henry Landsperger born abt 1910 West Virginia

I am looking for info for my grandmother Ruth Ellen (Henry) Landsperger she was born abt 1910 in west Virginia around Morgan town. She was raised by Arthur Howard Henry born 1877 and Louisa Ellen Chips (Rohr)Henry born 1866/67 in West Virginia being that they were 35 and 45 yrs old when Ruth was born in 1910 they are probably not her natural parents because of lack of medical advancements in 1910 I found her in the 1930 census of Westmoreland county in Penna. but I can not find no records or birth record pior to 1930 if anyone has any info on Ruth any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to find out if Ruth was adopted or if Arthur and Louise were her parents because even though births at 50yrs old in 1911 were not unheard of they were unlikely and according to my father my grandmother was Shawnee and we as grandchildren have alot Native genic traits so I am trying to prove or disprove it. thank you for the info
