No I do not have Benjamin's birth certificate. I live in Brisbane Australia.
I think I will have to spend some money now but trying to do this as cheaply as possible.

You will need the birth reg details to order it. I think this is Benjamin's reg but surname is Stains. Its the only one I could find registered in Westminster which is where the 1861 census puts the family. Its only value is that it will confirm Benjamin's mothers maiden Name.

The 1841 Public record is not relate to my family.
William Stains and wife Sarah Ann are correct.
William father is possibly a George Staines but just only have a name nothing to back it up.

Also looking into a Julien (Julia) Pamela Speakman Born Dec 1865 Mitford- Death 1953/3260 as Julia Schloss BDM Queensland Index (Australia) ,
Father Frederick Speakman, Mother Pamela Arthurton.
I was wondering who the Schloss was she married to; before recorded in Census 1901 page 10 - 62 London Middlesex, Fulham living with Benjamin Staines. Jeulin Staines Born Lyng, Norfolk.
