Looking for information about my family TROY(surname) who lived in Doonaha, county clare in Ireland.

My grandfather Patrick Troy was born in Manchester England , but his father Patrick Troy wad born in County Clare Ireland.
His father was called James troy and married Honora liddane.
The 1911 irish cencus has james and honora living in doonaha. I am having trouble getting information because theres not alot of records from ireland.
