Looking for any information on Adam Walker who came from County Tyrone, Ireland as a boy of 9 years. His parents stayed in Ireland. Joseph Adam Sloan is said to have come over with him and he was also 9 yrs. of age.

I would like to know who came with them to America - were they indentured to someone? Who did they live with? were they together?

I've found adam on tax lists as far back as 1790 in Pennsylvania, but nothing beyond that. It has also been told to me that he lived in Virginia before going to Pennsylvania.

He died in 1813 of Yellow Fever in Pennsylvania.
