Looking for information re Carl Levien who emigrated from Schleswig-Holstein 1833

Query by 11109daley

My great grandfather Carl Levien emigrated from Schleswig-Holstein in 1833 coming to Iowa. He married a woman by the name of Wiebke, whose last name I do not know. They had nine children together - Maggie Levien Hoffman, Herman, Antonia Levien Calder, Anne Levien Jensen, Helen Levien Hoffman, Malinda , Albert, Marie Levien Erps, and William. Herman married Elsie Peekenschneider and they had triplet sons in 1918, known throughout parts of Iowa as the Levien triplets. Their last son, Leo was born in 1920 and was my father.

Any information that can be shared would be helpful.
