Looking for interpretation of medal entitlements

Query by tor2000

I am researching my family tree of WALKER and AXUP. Walker on my fathers side and AXUP on my grandmothers side, my mother is Hungarian so I am concentrating on my English roots for now.

I have found information on my grandfathers medal entitlement and as an ex service man myself I would like to get copies of his medals as well for other family who died in ww1 and ww2 and other campaigns prior to ww1

My grandfathers medal papers have the following information on it.

Walker Sydney R137907 20/2/1918 then 1939 AT AF(R) PA BU FR IT Cl then what appears to look like glasses finally followed by the number 107156

I have managed to trace the AXUP side to about 1720 and now I am stuck going on from there so any help here would be appreciated as well
