Looking for James SUTCH , 1790 Woolwich area , Kent

Query by boxof9frogs

I have James SUTCH , my 3x G Grandfather , marrying Christiana UTTING in East Wickham , Kent in 1815. I have traced his issue all over the world including Australia & New Zealand up to current days.In Australia , SUTCH offspring married spouses named RITCHIE , RYAN , NUNN , WATTS , STEWART ,HOLM . The New Zealand family stem from the SUTCH/WATTS connection. There is also a connection in the USA.

However , I can find no trace of his parents which is proving to be a brick wall.

Christiana UTTING , my 3 x G Grandmother came from Great Yarmouth , Norfolk and tracing her line back has proved to be more successful.

I would like to know if there is anyone who can shed light on the parents of James SUTCH . It is likely that his parents were from the Kent or London areas particularly Woolwich , Plumstead,Charlton , Greenwich or Lewisham areas.

I am happy to share any information I have on the SUTCH/UTTING lines.

Alas, I do not think so. I would be delighted if my Sutch relations were related to SLS as it would add a bit of colour !! I cannot rule it out 100% but I think it unlikey.

Boxof9frogs, yes we are related, grandma used to say we were related, but as we have not found him anywhere I do not think so.
