I also believe that as a boy Sydney Kilmister moved from Wales to London,England as a boy, then eventually moved to Canada.

Look around Glamorgan, Wales. or Monmouthshire, Wales. Kilmister is unique to those areas. I don't know about Canada but the Kilmister's who came to Australia came originally from Wales via Bath in England.
