Lady Lockhart MacDonald of Lee opened Carnwath Golf Club on 29th June 1907.
This being our centenary year I am quite keen to discover any information surrounding this event.
Our scratch championship trophy is called the De Robeck and is a very prestigeous amateur trophy and much regarded in the district.
I believe the Laird was married twice and that the Lady returned to her family home in Ireland.
