Family not found in 1900 Census. Found 1910, 1920, & 1930 Navarro Co. Census. Known children: Ethel, Hezekiah (Hezra K.), Myrtle, Daisy, William Henry, Ira B. (Pete), Jeffie B. (Cap), Jessie, Lillie, Annie.

1910 Census shows age at last birthday 36 (1873). 1920 Census shows age at last birthday 51 (1868), 15 year difference from 1910. 1930 Census shows age at last birthday 62 (1867), but shows age at time of marriage to be 25 (1868). Tombstone at Prairie Point Cemetery, Navarro Co. shows birth year as 1871. Death record shows age at death 68 (1867), but birth year as 1861 (maybe a typo?). All 3 Census records show place of birth as Texas, parents, U.S. Death record shows place of birth as AR.

In 1920 Census, daughter Daisy Hawkins Paschal gave father's birthplace as AR, but TX in 1930. 1930, son Hezra gave father's birthplace as AR, but mother's as TX (Jennie's birthplace of TN & her age are consistent in 1910, 1920, & 1930.)

Hawkins is an old familiar name in Ellis & Navarro Counties, but haven't been able to link Lee to any of those families.
