This was the only marriage for a Mackender / Chevill I could find.

So was Elsie born out of wedlock mother Chevil, father Mackender

You need the maggiage cert to find if Esie mother was a spinster or widow.

Elsie R Mackender's birth cert would give both her parents names. I would get the birth reg first.

I would advise double checking all info posted it was found on the web.
