Looking for information or records relationship between Margaret Tibbs and Bill Collins of Pike County, Kentucky during mid to late 1800's. Supposedly never married but lived together and had possibly three children. The story says she was cherokee indian and by law they could not marry. Her children went by her name, Tibbs.
