I am researching the Family trees for William Greg Dawe (1819-1887) who married jane Luscombe )1826-1877). One of Jane's ancestors was Agnes Bevis (my records show Beevis) who according to my research was born about 1665 Devon, England and died about 1731 Staverton, Devon, England. Unfortunately, I haven't any details for her parents. However, according to my research Thomas Whiteway was born about 1659 in Staunton, Devon, England and died about 1742 in Staunton, Devon, England. I have been able to trace the Whiteway's ancestors back to Richard Whiteway born about 1490 Bickington, Devon, England and died about 1565 denbury, Devon, England. If since you wrote your Journal you have been able to obtain the information you were requesting I would appreciate it if you would share it with me. Likewise I would be more than happy to provide you with the information I have for the whitings.
