HI... my great, great, great grandfather was Philip Sigrist (or other varied spellings). I'm on the lookout for his parents. Someone thought perhaps a George Siegrist, and I saw a John George in your post. Philip came from Alsace Lorraine France at the age of 3 weeks along with a brother John J and sister, Emma/Emmaline. I think they moved from France to PA. Then, the 2 boys moved to MO. The boys married a set of sisters, Mary Louise and Catherine Walter or Walters.
