PERCY was born 6 May 1883 in Palmerston North, New Zealand. His parents were Charlotte Eliza (Park) Russell and George Warren Russell. At some stage Percy went to Australia, but I do not know when or which immigrant ship he sailed on, which port the ship went to, if he got married and if he did who were the names of his children. Where did he live and what kind of work did did he do.A death notice has been found that he died in Victoria, Australia in 1950.
