Looking for Robert Cochrane from Aus to USA abt 1860

Robert Cochrane was born in Glasgow Scotland in 1825 he Emigrated to Australia with his parents John and Mary in the 1830ies.
The family first settled in Sydney and then Emu Plains, eventualy living in Dubbo NSW. Robert Married and went to the USA in the 1860 and his family lost contact. I am trying to trace any decendants of his line.
