Dear Kiwikaz, I don't believe there will be any records for surname SHIVAS in New Zealand pre 1763 ancestor-wise, but no doubt there are a large number of people with surname SHIVAS post 1763.

Can you please provide children's names of John and Sarah etc.?

All born at Mackushillock,Fyvie,Aberdeen,Scotland
Sarah married Andrew Law of Scotland
William married twice, first to Janet reid of Old Deer, Aberdeen, Scotland
2nd marriage Jane Cadger of Fyvie, Scotland.

John and Sarah's children were born at Mackieshillock, Fyvie. William and Janet produced 8 children.

John the oldest and first son born 1818 second marriage to my great x 4 grandmother Agnus Amelia McDonald on the 4th Feb 1862 at Gallowhill St.Fergus Peterhead. They produced 2 sons George and Andrew.
